School rules

For the correct and organised running of classes, thus understanding a benefit for all, the management establishes the following rules (in the case of underage students, their parents will ensure compliance) which must be duly signed and delivered to the management.

– The monthly fee will be paid from the 1st to the 5th of each month.

– It is only possible to make up classes missed due to illness of the student or absence of the teacher, as well as changes in the school’s schedule due to concerts, etc.

– Students who do not attend a class due to illness must provide a medical certificate to make up for it within the possibilities of the school’s schedule. Only under these conditions will classes be made up.

– The days and times of classes will be freely chosen by the students (within the availability of the school) and therefore should not be modified, thus favouring the correct development of the same.
*For students with a variable work schedule, the possibility of adaptation is offered (taking into account the availability of the school and communicating it at least 7 days in advance).

– Holidays cannot be made up for, but will be compensated for in any case by the months with more than eight classes in total.

– Classes start and end at the established time. If a student starts late, this does not mean that the class will end after the scheduled time, as this would be detrimental to the students in the following shift.

– Easter is established as the holiday period. The month of August will be reserved for previously arranged courses, whether in person or online.

– To discuss any aspect related to the school, whether in person or by telephone, please adhere to the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

– Likewise, due to the very nature of the training service provided by the center, where the student is allowed to record both audio and video of the teaching staff during the course of classes in order to facilitate learning, the student will undertake not to distribute or use these contents for any purpose other than their personal use as a training tool, expressly and directly prohibiting their publication on social networks or any other medium, as well as their transfer or transmission, without the express prior written consent of the school.
