Shipping
Shipping to the entire Peninsula: 1 to 2 business days from Monday to Friday, from the date you placed your order on our website.
For destinations in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday are processed the same day. If you place your order after 2pm, your order will be packaged and received by the courier company the following day.
In some cases and depending on the availability of the product in the warehouse, we will contact you to provide a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available again.
Returns and exchanges
We offer you several methods to return an order that may not meet your needs.
Contact us indicating:
• The order number
• Name and email
• Photo of the product that has arrived broken or in poor condition
You can request a return of a product up to 15 days after your purchase and which still has more than 6 months of expiration, we will exchange it for a new one:
• Products must be returned in a protected manner, including them in a protective box or bag
• Escuelaguitarra puts our transport company at your disposal for the collection of the merchandise
• All returned merchandise must be authorized by a Escuelaguitarra customer service representative
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• You will be charged collection fees based on the weight of the item.
If the product has been damaged during transport
All merchandise must be carefully examined before signing the delivery note.
Goods that show signs of having been hit or damaged must be indicated on the carrier’s delivery note. Notify Customer Service by phone or email so that we can send you a replacement order as soon as possible and arrange for the collection of the damaged product.
In case of claims, they will only be valid within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before receiving it, you must inform us of the changes you wish to make. If you have already received the product, you must return the order.
If the package has already been sent by our carrier, you will have to pay the shipping and return costs. The refund will always be made by the same payment method chosen by you.
